Supper Club - Regions of Italy. Saturday evening was the meeting of chefs around an Italian menu. Everyone spoke about their dish and region and we enjoyed a leisurely culinary tour through the regions of Italy, accompanied by some great Italian red wine. Anna, thank you for the lovely pics! They are amazing and really captured the essence of our feast. I do have to make a correction. The dish you labeled as herbed Feta is in fact calamari ceviche. Again thank you so much for the pics and your company during the feast.----Glenn
