Cheap eats
A good friend of mine clued me in to this hidden taqueria, just labeled "Taqueria". It is actually Taqueria Mi Familia, but you need to go inside to find that out. It is located in the "Marin Square" in San Rafael. Yes, it's the place the day workers gather which can be off-putting to some, and they are just looking for an honest day's work so they don't bother me.
There is Spanish music in the background, and the menu is on the board above the counter.
I ordered the Super Vegetarian Burrito. It comes in a neat package, ready to unravel and eat.
Since the knives were flimsy plastic, I took a few bites out to reveal the interior. It was good, no surprises, no complaints. And actually I especially appreciated the fresh crisp lettuce inside that made a nice contrast to the other smooth warm ingredients. A good place for a cheap, quick bite.
