Reasonable and delicious
I visited Bamboo Garden for a quick lunch, the new place that has replaced the Three Dragons in San Rafael. The new management has spiffed up the place and it is quite cheerful and refreshed.
I was promptly greeted and seated by the wait staff and given a lunch menu. Hot and sour soup was what came with the lunch specials, and it was quite well done as far as hot and sour soups go, with plenty of ingredients.
I ordered the Prawns and Tofu for the main dish, and it was very good. The prawns were fresh and tender, as were the tofu cubes, and the crisp cooked snow peas with mushrooms made it a very well rounded dish. I would definitely order this combination again. So far, this one is reasonable, good and a winner!
