The Caprice is not a French restaurant. Check out its web site.
Thanks Kudzu, I'm not sure what to do with this one as the website seems to be silent on it's type (did I miss something?), and I double check my definitions with other sources such as the IJ, Pacific Sun, Yelp, etc. which are not infallible either. I guess there is the old fashioned way, the telephone.
Kudzu - followed up further - I understand the changes at the Caprice, and agree with you, so I've taken The Caprice off the list. Although no longer French, the updates there have made for a wonderfully improved experience.
