Veggie Pizza on Wolewheat crust

Veggie pizza.
Trader Joe's whole wheat refrigerated pizza dough is just too tempting to pass up sometimes. By the time I get home, I figure it's already had its 20 minute rest period and is ready to roll! I'm not a fan of tomato pizza sauce, so I just rolled out the dough on my pizza stone and piled Yves meatless ham slices, crimini mushrooms (which are actually immature portabellos), small tomatoes and Mexican blend cheese on top and baked in the oven for about 15 minutes.

The meatless ham from Yves Veggie Cuisine has quite a favorable health profile, even having more protein than the same amount of ham slices!
