Borrowed. A recipe for Cranberry Nut Dessert that is, from Use Real Butter. It just looked too good on Jen's blog. The only thing different is that I used dried powdered whole eggs and double the almond extract. I also tried it on Saturday for a party where a friend is allergic to walnuts using pecans instead. With either nut inside this is delicious! Tangy fresh cranberries with and almond taste infused --- whoooh! Today (Wed) is my birthday, and I have a full schedule of fun!
