Simple and good. Just made a simple Black Forest Ham & cheese croissant sandwich, with very fresh croissants from Molly Stone's bakery. Put some sauteed mushrooms on top of the Black Forest Ham, top with cheese and put under the broiler briefly -- then out of the oven and top it! Saturday was a catch up with housework and accounting kind of day... relaxing and busy at the same time. I'm getting ready to take a business trip to Chicago and side trip to visit relatives in Louisville towards the end of the month. I may take a blogging break, depending on access and time. But for now, I'm here!
