Marin is lucky to have so many Mexican and other restaurants from south of our border. I've tried to keep track, and keep up, however it's quite a task! There are also taco trucks seen around Marin that aren't listed, and I haven't tried yet. Let me know in the comments if any revision is needed.

It's funny, I rarely eat Mexican food and your list made me realize why: there are only two places in the CM/Larkspur area. I'll have to branch out a little further.
I agree with your review of Las Camelias - the best Mexican restaurant in the known world, in our view! Their carne asada, for meat lovers, is wonderful - also the burrito del mar (in fact any of their seafood entrées) and we love the Cornish hen, too. We love, love, love Las Camelias!
