I was so happy to find Pho Viet in the back of the Harbor Center mall in San Rafael-- I've been back a few times..my daughter was not happy w/ the intense cooking smells when we walked in --but got over it as soon as the food came. I loved the fresh spring rolls and shrimp vermicelli - I'll be back for more.
