Healthy Cookie. I tried a Quinoa Cookie from Andean Dream at the Fancy Food Show a couple weeks ago, and found it tasty, but crumbly. They do have a high protein content!

I had another bad surprise last night, a sudden power outage took out my DSL service and networking capability, so I spent 6 hours this evening restoring it, so I could post!

Hopefully all the bad surprises have passed and I can get back to my normal blogging routine.
