I don't visit Novato so often, so the fact that Roast Haus Hof Brau closed slipped by as it slipped out a few months ago. Sam's Place opened in this location in late 2008, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with early good reports.

I don't visit Novato so often, so the fact that Roast Haus Hof Brau closed slipped by as it slipped out a few months ago. Sam's Place opened in this location in late 2008, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with early good reports.

I think there's still a restaurant by this name in Terra Linda in the first shopping center (strip mall). It serves nothing but roasts - pork, beef, turkey, etc. but we enjoyed it despite the somewhat limited menu.
